Rooder 12-Month Limited Warranty
Rooder offers a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty to the original purchaser of our products.
What is Covered

Frame & Motor: Covered for 12 months from the purchase date.

Battery: Covered for 6 months from the purchase date.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes accessories, parts that wear out with standard use (like tires and brake pads), and consumable items.

Battery Aging: The natural decrease in battery capacity over time is not covered.

External Factors: Damage from accidents, misuse, exposure to water, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Third-Party Purchases: Products bought from authorized third-party sellers like Walmart or Amazon. For these, please contact the retailer directly for support.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, please contact us at rooder@roodergroup.com within the warranty period. Make sure to include:

Your proof of purchase.

Clear photos or a video showing the issue.
Before a formal claim is necessary, we may be able to help troubleshoot the problem remotely.
How We Resolve Claims
If your claim is valid, we will provide necessary replacement parts free of charge. Please note that we require visual proof (photos/video) before any replacements can be sent.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us at rooder@roodergroup.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photo or video evidence. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for shipping damage reported after this period.
Repairs & Replacements

For valid warranty repairs, we provide the necessary replacement parts at no cost.

Free accessories included with your product are not eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched or damaged during shipping.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rooder is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. As some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation, it may not apply to you.
Refurbished Products
Refurbished items are sold "as-is" at a discounted price. They come with no warranty, after-sales service, or option for return. Any repairs or parts needed after purchase are your responsibility. By purchasing a refurbished product, you agree to these terms.
